What if liquid leaks or comes out when I inhale?

Due to how vape devices are built, leaks cannot be completely prevented. They are more likely with temperature or pressure changes (e.g. inside a hot car or on a plane) or when the mouthpiece is kept facing down or upside down for a long time.

• Do not keep the mouthpiece upside down for long periods
• Do not leave the device in hot places

A slight seep can simply be wiped off.

If liquid gets into your mouth: the ingredients are food grade, and the bitterness comes from propylene glycol and flavoring. Rinse your mouth with water.

If the leak is severe or the device cannot be used, contact us with your order number - we will check the details and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
